Who We Are

Patricia Marshall is the owner/operator of No Bad Days Dog Services.

Leaving the corporate world after over 30 years, Pat needed a change of scenery to recharge her energy and took an eight month “time-out ” to the small village of Los Barriles in the Mexican Baja peninsula.

Within in a short time, Pat was volunteering with ALMA (Animal Lovers of Mexico Association), a non-profit group providing spay and neuter service, and wellness clinics to help the well-being of domestic animals in the local area.  ALMA also provides school outreach programs to educate the local children in the proper care of their dogs and cats.Baby Diego

During one of the clinics, Pat offered to “foster” a 4-week old puppy that had come into the clinic with his six littermates, all who needed homes as their mother’s milk had dried up.  Several years later, that sweet puppy, Diego, is Pat’s constant companion.

Her experiences with ALMA changed the course of Pat’s life – she had found her next “career” – working with dogs.  She returned to Vancouver and enrolled in a three month Government Accredited and Certified Professional Dog Trainers Program.

However, after finishing the course, Pat knew that something was missing from her training – a sense of connection with animals on a different level, which she found in Tellington TTouch.  Pat continues her education  with  TTouch which is a form of touches and strokes that increases body awareness in companion animals.  Using TTouch techniques helps induce a state of relaxation, improves focus and attention, increases confidence, and enhances the bond between people and their companion animals.

Now Pat has finally found a way to put her love of animals together with her passion for the outdoors – being a dog walker . . . rain or shine.

No Bad Days Dog Services is bonded and insured, and Pat has had an extensive criminal check done through the Coquitlam RCMP.

Pat has successfully completed dog first-aid training through Dog Safe Canine First Aid .
